The Vext Referral Program (“The Program”) allows owners of Vext cabinets to earn free rewards by referring friends to buy a Vext cabinet.

To participate, Vext cabinet owners must agree to these terms, which become part of the Vext Terms of Service. Capitalized terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning given to them in the Vext Terms of Service.

How to earn rewards through referrals

Vext cabinet owners can earn free rewards if: (i) a referred friend purchases a Vext cabinet by adding the referral code to complete the purchase on Vext’s website; and (ii) the referred friend does not return their Vext cabinet within the return period defined in Vext’s return policy. This case is referred to as a successful referral.

For every successful referral, the referring Vext cabinet owner will be credited with a reward as indicated in the promotion. The reward will be delivered to the referring Member 10 days after a successful referral, either via email or within the Vext app, but its validity is subject to the related Vext cabinet not being returned within the return period. In case the referred friend returns their Vext cabinet, the related credit will be voided.

The maximum number of rewards that can be earned per Vext cabinet owner is not limited at this time. The reward may change depending on the promotion or at any time based on the sole discretion of Vext, which may also change the number of rewards a Vext cabinet owner can receive.

Sharing referral codes

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral codes should not be published or distributed on commercial websites (such as coupon websites). Vext cabinet owners are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations/codes. This includes mass emailing, texting, or messaging people you do not know or using automated systems or bots through any channel to distribute your referral link. Vext cabinet owners are prohibited from paying to advertise their referral links.

Terminations and changes

Vext may suspend or terminate the Referral Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, in violation of the Vext Terms of Service or for any other reason. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

Updates to the terms

We may update these Terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Any changes will be noted by, at minimum, posting the updated Terms (as indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date at the top of this page) on the vext.fi website. Modifications will be effective on the date that they are posted to the Vext website. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we update them before you use the Program. If you continue to use the Program after we have posted updated Terms, you are agreeing to be bound by the updated Terms.
